Since we specialize in live animal delivery as well as pet care products, our delivery policy is designed to prioritize the health, comfort, and safety of your puppy while providing reliable service for all other items.
1. Delivery Coverage
- We deliver within the United States and to selected international destinations where regulations allow the safe transport of live animals.
- All deliveries comply with state, federal, and international animal transport regulations.
- Customers outside the U.S. should contact us at info@uniqueboxers.com to confirm delivery availability in their region.
2. Delivery Options
a) Local Pickup (Free)
- Customers may pick up their puppies directly from our location once an appointment has been set
- Appointments are required to ensure proper preparation.
b) Ground Delivery (U.S. Only)
- For customers within driving distance, we can arrange safe ground transport by a certified pet courier.
- Puppies travel in climate-controlled vehicles with frequent care checks.
c) Airline Delivery (Domestic & International)
- We partner with trusted airlines offering pet-safe travel programs.
- Puppies are flown in climate-controlled cabins and monitored throughout the journey.
- Customers must be available at the designated airport to receive their puppy.
d) Pet Nanny Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
- For added care, a trained professional can escort your puppy during the entire journey until handover.
- This option provides extra comfort and reduces travel stress.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Puppies: Delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours from the date of full payment, depending on location and airline schedules.
- Pet Products & Accessories: Standard orders ship within 3–4 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
4. Delivery Costs
- Fees vary depending on location, transport mode, and service type (Ground, Airline, or Pet Nanny).
- Exact shipping costs will be provided during order finalization.
- Customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.
5. Puppy Safety & Health Guarantee During Delivery
- All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before travel.
- Each puppy comes with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and a health certificate.
- Puppies are provided with proper hydration, a comfortable crate, and travel care during transport.
- We guarantee your puppy will arrive healthy, safe, and stress-free.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery information, including full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Be available to receive the puppy at the agreed location (home, airport, or pickup point).
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or missed pickup, additional fees may apply.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
- Delivery cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled shipment.
- Refunds for delivery fees are processed only if the cancellation meets this timeframe.
- If delivery is delayed due to weather, airline restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, Unique Boxers will reschedule at no extra cost.
